Recently my home needed two, separate, central HVAC systems considering our old ones were ancient and needed a complete overhaul. Steve and Justin with Stewart Air Systems came quickly to assess and provide options that included a new central system and mini-split options. This project required all new ductwork, including running ducts across the garage ceiling, and cutting into the floors of rooms that had never had vents. It also required a lot of exploratory “house surgery”—including finding the surprise of three inches of concrete in the living room that had to be cut through to install a new vent. The scope of the work was more than anticipated, but there was no extra charge for the extra work. Stewart Air Systems really cares about doing a great job for their customers, they are extremely reliable, and their clean-up process is the best. The work was done at a fair price—and “to the penny” of what was initially quoted—in spite of the job being more complicated than expected. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Stewart Air Systems. They are the “real deal.”
